All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange on items that have been damaged in transit.
Damaged products
We pride ourselves in creating quality and enjoyable shopping experiences with our customers. If your product arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours at info@villagetumblahz.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send the package. Items sent back to Village Tumblahz, LLP without requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the damaged product, a new product will be shipped to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Village Tumblahz, LLP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address you entered on your order. Village Tumblahz, LLP will provide you with confirmation of delivery, shipping carrier information, date of delivery, and tracking information so that you may investigate. If you have any additional questions with a lost or stolen package please contact info@villagetumblahz.com.
